Perfect location and quick drive to the lake.Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed, just bring food and your set! Plenty of parking even for boat and trailer.

Great location! 5 mins from easy boat launch. Quiet area. Beautiful views. Kitchen well stocked from foil to sandwich bags to every utensil and appliance. Clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen/ living room area does get very warm during the day and the AC cant keep up with the warming sun. My only suggestion would be to have an oscillating fan to move the air in that area. The bedrooms stay pretty cool though. Easy check in and out.

We were going to and from the Juniata Field Station during the weekend and this property was a great location for us. While there is no lake view, it is nice and close to the lake. There were four of us and we hosted two more for dinner one night. We had plenty of space, everything worked well, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The view of the cows across the road provided a nice vibe to our glass of wine before dinner. Just be sure you bring what you need. Other than a Dollar General which is VERY close, anything beyond that is pretty far.We come to sugar most years at the field station. We will be back :)

Great place, as others have said. Nearby a lot of hiking trails and the lake which is what we visited for. The place was very secluded and mostly quiet, the only exception being the cows across the street which didn't bother us much at all. If you're looking for a spot near lake Raystown for a reasonable price, I'd highly recommend booking here.

Can’t say enough good things about this property! Tucked in the beautiful foothills of the mountains, this is minutes from activities such as hiking and cave exploring! About 45-60 from state college. This property was so clean, cozy and welcoming! The property manager was easy to get ahold of if needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family rented houseboats on Raystown lake for Monday thru Friday. We used this location to gather and everyone and prepare for boarding. This is our second time to rent this location and it such a comfortable, clean, and convenient place. We love coming to Raystown and I'm sure we'll look to stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better place, Fields, Farm and Mountains to look at. it’s beautiful, feels like you’re all by yourself there. The place itself was very clean, very comfortable zero complaints at all and all the amenities you could ask for. four minutes away from the closest dock. the lake is absolutely beautiful. Recommend for anybody looking to get away, especially if you have kayaks a boat, jet ski, etc.. and love to fish. You’ll love it there. Plan on going back again for sure.

We been coming to raystown for our family reunion for year, and this has been our favorite place to stay. Clean, private, the owners are helpful and so nice. Plenty if parking if you bring toys. We had six adults and 1 dog, and it was perfect for our group.

We enjoyed our stay. Thankful for the AC as it was extremely hot. We appreciated the cleanliness and everything that is provided to meet our needs especially refrigerator/freezer making lots of ice.
