Welcome to the Tree House!
The tree house gets its name from its location near the top of a mountainous, wooded location. The cabin has recently been completely renovated with all new flooring, furnishings, was freshly painted, and has new trim work and doors. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops and newer appliances. The main home offers two bedrooms and one bath and one half bath in the master. Outside is a well appointed cabin with one large room set up for a lounge/living area and additional sleeping quarters.
The driveway is steep, but paved and the view of the surrounding woods is peaceful and tranquil. For boaters, onsite boat and Jetski storage is at the bottom of the driveway. The yard includes a fire pit. The yard is a perfect place to pitch your tent for the night and see all the stars.
The property is located in Holiday Hills which provides excellent access to Raystown Lake and all of the amenities it offers. Fuel and lunch to go is conveniently located on the way to the lake. This location is very desirable for lake access. Families and guests enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and swimming. The Allegrippis Trail System provides some of the best mountain biking trails in the state.
Boat Access: Seven Points Marina is located about 10 minutes from door to dock with gas, food and ice on the way. The Aitch Boat Launch and Snyder's Run Boat Launch are also available nearby.
During winter months, 4wd may be required. Snowstorms may limit the availability to this mountainous property. The property is meticulously maintained.

My family enjoyed a perfect weekend!! The property is an authentic cozy cabin in the woods, completely renovated with all modern conveniences. Just a short drive to Seven Points Marina and Huntingdon. Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere with total privacy but it’s close to everything!!Heather did a fantastic job with preparing the home with special touches to make us feel like welcome guests. Spotlessly clean, fresh bed sheets and bath towels, comfortable beds and furniture inside and out. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked for nights we chose to cook at home. Perfect in every way! The “tree house” is on the top of our favorite places.

The cabin was great, the deck was awesome, beautifully decorated. We found it very quiet and seen deer, squirrels, chipmunks and a groundhog. Location was not far from Seven points marina, very easy to get to but driveway is very steep. Great place to stay!

This property had pros and cons. Def very up to date. But the property said it could sleep 6 and it tops could sleep 4. we were hoping for a pull our couch or something to accomodate the other 2. We had to find chairs and couches for kids to sleep on during the stay. The mattress’s in both rooms were terrible made you feel like you were sliding out of bed all night. Location was very nice. Not on top of any neighbors. 11 min from the lake. Kids loved the wildlife. Frogs,lizards, and turtles. i would def stay again with less people.
