Excellent stay as usual, been here a couple of times and I can’t say enough good things about it. Perfect for my needs and is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
I wish I could stay more often but it’s a balancing act for work for me. Nothing wrong with the room at all, good value.

The location is very good! A lot of great cafes and restaurants, 5 min walk from overground and 15 min from underground. Nice host.
The room and bathroom were overall a bit untidy. The bedframe is broken so you can’t really sit on the edge, no storage space, very stiff pillows.
The room is located inside the living space of the owner, and he has a cat, so you can smell it when you enter the property. In the evenings he smokes, so the living room smells like “grass”.
