Clean and comfortable. Good facilities.

Entry instructions could be clearer, ie, "enter the porch and the door is on the right of the main door". The room was cold when I arrived with no temperature control although the radiator did come on about an hour later. I wouldn't describe the room as cozy, it could do with redecorating and some curtains. For the size of the room, I would say the dishwasher is unnecessary. Would be better to remove it and put a stool in its place so guests could sit and eat at the worktop.

Excellent price for a studio flat near the Piccadilly line to Heathrow. Although we arrived during the day, the hosts seem to accommodate very early and late arrivals. In a quiet residential road. Basic, but clean. Lovely fresh bedding. Nice shower. Good toiletries provided.

Booking.com indicates this as suitable for two people, so I (wrongly) assumed the bed might have been a large single! It was not😕. It is as seen in the photos. Unusual not to have a TV.

The location is good for people in West London. Close enough to the tube and parking is available outside of midday hours. The place was clean and have useful facilities. Wifi was easy and the shower was decent.

Rather randomly, there were no curtains, so light coming into the room early in the morning was pretty significant for light sleepers. Although on a rather narrow side gap, which I imagine no one would chance across, there was a window directly opposite the bed, again without a curtain that left me feeling a little exposed. The front door is semi shared with the main house adjacent and there was quite a lot of early morning movement of people to and fro from the host house, with doors being solidly closed. So all in all, I didn't sleep as well as hoped.
