Perfekt für Familie mit Kind und Hund

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut durchdacht und die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und es war sehr sauber! Ich fand es schön, dass auch an die Kinder mit einem Spielturm auf dem Grundstück gedacht wurde. Auch sehr Hundefreundlich mit der Ausstattung und den Willkommensleckereien. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Nicht gefallen ist nicht ganz zutreffend, nur kleine Anmerkungen damit der „Standard“ erhalten bleibt! In der Infomappe war ein ausgefüllter Gästebewertungsbogen, mehr Blancos gab es leider nicht. Da waren Dinge aufgeschrieben die uns auch aufgefallen sind. Wie z.B. defekte Stehlampe und defektes Licht im Kühlschrank. Zudem war aufgefallen, dass im Schlafzimmer zur Terrassenseite, die Matratze nicht mehr die Festigkeit hat wie im anderem Schlafzimmer. Was wirklich störend war, Mittagsschlaf war für uns (unserer Tochter hat es zum Glück nicht gestört) fast unmöglich, da Tagsüber in jedem Raum die Lüftung lief. Sie hatte kein konstantes Geräusch. Sie lief langsam hoch, wurde laut, ging dann aus und es fing von vorne an… im Abstand von je einer Minute.

Schönes Appartement mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in super Lage

Größe und Qualität des Appartement. 500 m zum Strand. Parkplatz und Wallbox.

Technische Geräte funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Durch Souterrain reaktiv dunkel. Liegt an der Straße. Tagsüber hört man Autos/ Motorräder. Nachts ist der Verkehr okay.

Hochwertig

Es ist wirklich ein geschmackvolles Zimmer gewesen. Die Ausstattung in allem ob drinnen oder draußen waren hochwertig. Terrasse super schön und jede Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz. Die Lage ist auch top. Die Vermieter waren bei Rückfragen schnell erreichbar. In Allem ein super Aufenthalt. Es gab auch einen Spielplatz den wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Kinder konnten über die Terasse selber dahin laufen.

Wir hatten eine Kellerwohnung mit schöner Terasse (Endless Summer).Leider merkt man gerade hier im Wohnzimmer stark das dort Hunde vorher geschlafen haben. Der Teppich und das Sofa riechen sehr muffig nach Hund. Die beige schwarz gestreiften Dekokissen waren voller schwarzer kurzer Hundehaare. Diese befanden sich im ersten Schlafzimmer. Ich mag Hunde aber nicht deren Haare. Und vor allem nicht soviele.

Top Ferienwohnung auf höchstem Niveau - alles perfekt und bestens!

Hier war alles top. Sehr gute Abwicklung, professionelle und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sehr hochwertige Ausstattung (beispielsweise mit eigener Sauna, Weber Gasgrill, Waschbecken von Vitra, Nespresso-Maschine, sehr hochwertige Möbel) und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Eigentlich hat uns alles extrem gut gefallen! Wäre es unsere eigene Wohnung, würden wir eventuell die Lampen noch dimmbar machen, damit man abends eine noch etwas gemütlichere Stimmung erzeugen kann. Aber das ist „klagen auf ganz hohem Niveau“, denn eigentlich war hier alles wirklich rundum perfekt!

Schöne Wohnung, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Der Standort, super Lage. Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Grill auf Balkon. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung.

Sauberkeit insbesondere der Küche und Utensilien gar nicht gut. Es sieht alles optisch erstmal schön aus, aber das Geschirr hängt an der Wand und ist dreckig sowie staubig. Das Besteck ein Graus. Mussten alles, was wir nutzen wollten erstmal schrubben. Die Wohnung wird auch nicht grundsätzlich mal gereinigt in den Ecken und co, sondern nur oberflächlich. Bad war ok, bis auf Ecken, bei denen Monate nichts geputzt wurde. Klettergerüst für Kinder leider nicht alles intakt, daher Vorsicht geboten!

Alles prima, spontan gebucht und es war sehr schön.

Super Wohnung, klasse ausgestattet und alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und der Strand ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Für den Hund war auch alles sehr nett vorbereitet, Näpfe und Liegebett.
