Vacation home for 6 guests with 100m² in Scharbeutz (303943)

Family-friendly vacation home with a large garden[nbsp] in a quiet outskirt of Scharbeutz, surrounded by single-family homes. It’s a 4-minute drive or bus ride to the beach and the Scharbeutz Dune Mile right on the Baltic Sea; it takes a little longer by bike or on foot. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery right around the corner. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The Melanie vacation home[nbsp], with over 100 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms, offers plenty of room for 6 people plus a toddler to enjoy a relaxing vacation. On the first floor is a cozy living area—bright and inviting—with a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system. Adjacent to it is another seating or reading area with a sofa bed and access[nbsp] to the furnished south-facing terrace. The second furnished terrace, equipped with a gas grill, faces west and is located at the rear of the garden in front of the garage. The centerpiece is the open-concept kitchen-dining area, fully equipped with all modern appliances, and the spacious dining area, which is sunny and bright thanks to its large windows. A large guest restroom with a washer and dryer is also located on the first floor.
The upper floor features 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious shower room. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a TV; the third has a double bed (160x200) and an additional children’s bed (70x140). The windows are equipped with blackout blinds. There are two parking spaces on the property. Bicycles can be stored dry and safely in the garage. A handcart is available for our guests to use free of charge.
