The lower level features: A bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a high-quality bathroom with shower and toilet, including a hair dryer; a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people (sleeping area 140x160 cm) and a cable TV set; a dining area, and a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, and a small oven. The very spacious south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture. The second floor is located in the attic and features a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a fold-out sleeper chair (80x190 cm) for one person, a second TV with cable reception, a south-facing loggia with balcony furniture, and a second fully and high-quality renovated shower room with a very large shower.
Park your car conveniently in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available via a hotspot system in the house. A high chair is available for young guests. A coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a lockable bike storage room, are available.

Very nice appartment. The room was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. Additionally, the spacious living room provided a comfortable area for relaxation and entertainment. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
