War ok, wir würden aber nicht nochmal wiederkommen!

Eine super Lage, nur kurz über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hält einen vorab schon immer auf den neuesten Stand und an was man evtl denken muss!

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht so toll, wie auf den Bildern festgehalten! Die Regale über dem Fernseher sind schief angebracht, so daß man das Gefühl hat, die Boote fallen runter... Die Kabelverlegung von der Heizung im Wohnzimmer ist wirklich gruselig, da müsste auf jeden Fall was gemacht werden, bevor die Wohnung abbrennt. Die Fugen in der Dusche dürften mal erneuert werden. Dadurch bekommt man das Gefühl, das die Wohnung mal gut eingerichtet wurde, und danach wurde sich nicht wirklich drum gekümmert! Alles in allem, haben wir das Beste draus gemacht!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber, modern, gemütlich und ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern über den Booking-Chat. Ich habe immer sehr schnelle und ausgesprochen freundliche Antworten auf meine Fragen erhalten. Auch die ausführlichen Informationen zum Check-In und wichtigen Infos für die Anreise waren extrem hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍

Wunderbare Lage, Anbindung Bus gleich vor der Haustür, Hansa-Park nicht weit entfernt, der Strand war ein Traum. Alles i

Die Lage ist perfekt, Strand vor der Haustür, einmal über die Straße und man ist da. 2 Bäder, für mehr Personen-top. Zwar nur ein Schlafzimmer, dafür aber mehrere Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Das Boxspringbett war sehr bequem. Preis-Leistung ist top. Küche hatte alles nötige-ab 5 Personen muss man eben mehr abwaschen ;-).

Also wirklich negatives gibt es nichts, es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde der Müll von den Vorgästen nicht entsorgt. Auch kein Vorwurf an den Vermieter, da deutlich beschrieben war, dass muss der Gast erledigen. Vielleicht einen Zettel hinlegen, wo man Glasflaschen entsorgen kann-wir haben daher zwei stehen lassen-was uns an der Stelle leid tat. Manche Sachen waren schon locker, Türklinke Schlafzimmer, Handtuchhalter Bad und Regal im Wohnzimmer. Wie gesagt, dass ist schon sehr kleinlich, ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Tolle Lage und zu zweit wirklich sehr groß. Auch viele Sitzmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Wohnung. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus war ideal.

Für uns persönlich war das Bett viel zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage, etwas schmale Ausstattung.

Die Lage an mir ist unschlagbar: man geht einmal über die Straße und ist direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen und wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, ausreichend groß für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und die Möbel sind alle so weit in gutem Zustand.

Mir persönlich hat Ausstattung gefehlt, vor allem in der Küche. Bei dem Preis pro Übernachtung und Vergleich mit anderen Ferienwohnungen ist die küchenausstattung ja mittelmäßig umfangreich. Es sind zwar für eine Mahlzeit ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden, aber nicht wirklich viel. Stauraum für Klamotten habe ich nicht entdeckt, denn die Schränke sind mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern belegt. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, aber wie geschrieben erwarte ich bei dem Preis noch etwas mehr.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, haben gut geschlafen und uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Die Nähe zum Strand, die Einrichtung der Wohnung, die Bettenausstattung und der freundliche Kontakt zum Besitzer.

Wenn uns etwas nicht gefallen hat, haben wir das mit dem Besitzer besprochen und prompt Hilfe/Rat bekommen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Toller Aufenthalt für Familien an der Ostsee

Die Lage ist super! Grade mit kleinen Kindern super praktisch, dass man nur das über die Straße muss und am Meer ist. Auch der Gastgeber verdient ein großes Lob! Er war stets schnell erreichbar und hat sich super um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

An einem Abend kam um halb 10 noch die "Hausdame" in die Wohnung geplatzt um wegen der Wäsche zu schauen... das war etwas merkwürdig, aber sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!
