Nice place, great location but could improve the cleanliness of the overall apartment

It could have been better cleaned. There were still spiders in multiple rooms. Additionally the glasses weren‘t cleaned.

The room was alright and clean

There was no breakfast ,which I disliked. And there was no opportunity nearby which could be reached on foot. I had always to use the car for shopping and Restaurant.

Next to my room started a lot of noise, because the neighbour house was in the process of beeing demolished by a bagger. That was desturbing.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage und die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten und auch gut eingerichtet. Ebenfalls das Badezimmer hat uns überzeugt.

Mir hat leider die Reinigung überhaupt nicht gefallen, es ist noch überall Staub und Sand gewesen. Dann war die Schlafzimmertür noch beschmutzt und auch die Küche ist nicht gerade sauber gewesen. Des Weiteren ist es auch sehr ungünstig nur ein Teil der Steckdosen mit Kindersicherung auszustatten, entweder alle oder keine. Dann würde ich es befürworten, wenn die Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet werden, weil wir mit Mücken und auch Spinnen zu kämpfen hatten. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet und am Wohnzimmertisch löst sich die Umrandung ab. Für die Situation des Verkehrs können Sie gar nichts, aber auch hier wird abends bzw. Nachts Party gefeiert. Es ist nicht unüblich gewesen, dass Fahrzeuge mit knapp 90 km\h an dem Haus vorbei gefahren sind. Unser Kind stand jedes Mal senkrecht im Bett. Fotos habe ich leider keine gemacht.

Meerblick von der Terrasse und dem Schlafzimmer. Geräumige Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Parkplatz vor dem Appartment. Zwei WC.

Es ist nicht gerade günstig. Dafür hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Dass man 29 € pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zahlen muss, wenn man diese nicht selbst mitbringt, ist zu teuer. Die Kurtaxe pro Person und Nacht kommt auch noch hinzu und muss bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

Wir waren zu Dritt. Die Schlafcouch hätte ein wenig größer sein können, für Personen über 1,65cm zu klein. Leider hatten wir kein Meerblick.

Schlechte Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung, die Lage an der direkt viel befahrenen Strandstraße sehr laut, Personal extrem unfreundlich, Waschmaschinen nicht benutzbar... Ich werde es nie wieder buchen...

Toll auch für einen Kurzurlaub!

Die Lage ist topp. Einmal über die Straße und direkt am Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles frisch renoviert und alles sauber. Fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. ( Oder mit dem Rad ) Kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Jahreswechsel

Wir konnten noch ganz flexibel umbuchen. Eine größere Wohnung im Nachbarhaus weil wir dann zu dritt waren. War völlig unproblematisch. Wohnung und Anlage Super sauber und gepflegt. Von den Nachbarn, bekommt man quasi nichts mit.
