We chose to set up this villa in a small, quiet residential development at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The layout was superbly carried out by landscape architects.

In the immediate vicinity of the shops of St-LAURENT de la Mer, 5' from the center of PLERIN sur Mer, 10' from the train station of ST-BRIEUC and 3' from the RN12, you will enjoy all the amenities while being in a most pleasant sea/countryside environment: 2' from the beaches by car (magnificent beach of Martin-plage supervised in summer), and 700 m walk from the beach of St-Laurent by a small hiking trail, direct access to our magnificent GR34 coastal path, greenways and marked mountain bike trails. Noteworthy: The Pointe du Roselier 3' by car.

The geographical location is ideal for visiting major tourist sites such as the island of Bréhat, Erquy and Cap Fréhel, Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel, Ploumanac'h and the Pink Granite Coast... With a surface area of 140 m2, the villa has large convivial spaces (XXL panoramic living room, 55'' NEO QLED TV, central island kitchen and fully equipped snack area, dining room for 8 people).
On the first floor, a large private suite (Queen size bed, dressing room, spacious bathroom with toilet and Italian shower for people with reduced mobility) is directly connected to the wellness area.
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bright bedrooms and a large bathroom can accommodate 6 people (1 Queen size bed and 2 bedrooms with 90 X 190 beds).
The hotel-quality MERINOS French bedding and bed linen have been selected to offer a very comfortable bed.
The decoration of the villa and the rooms has been carefully designed to create an atmosphere of calm and serenity.
