About this house rental
A 75-square-meter stone house, renovated in 2020, ideal for family vacations or weekend getaways.
Close to the ocean: a 10-minute walk from Saint Laurent Beach, a 5-minute drive from Martin Plage, and a 10-minute drive from Les Rosaires Beach.
Hiking trails are also nearby.
It’s also very easy to reach various points of interest in the region: Bréhat Island, the Pink Granite Coast, Dinan, and Cap Fréhel (45 minutes away), as well as Rennes and Saint-Malo (1 hour away).
Shops are within walking distance (bakery, mini-market, and tobacco/newsstand), and a shopping center is a 5-minute drive away.
Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchenette, living room, and bathroom with toilet.
The house features: TV, internet access / Wi-Fi, and a stereo system with CD/Bluetooth
. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, and 2 coffee makers (filter and Dolce Gusto).
First floor: 1 bedroom with a 160-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90-size beds, and a restroom.
The outbuilding contains a washing machine and can be used to store your bicycles.
To enjoy the terrace, garden furniture (table, chairs, umbrella) and a barbecue are provided.
One vehicle can be parked in the courtyard.

Minimum 2-night stay
Optional cleaning fee: 50 €
Optional linens, towels, and dish towels: 30€ for the entire property (Do not take them to the beach)
Optional items are to be paid for upon key pickup.

Accueil chaleureux, location fidèle à la description avec tout ce qui faut pour la vie au quotidien, localisation idéale pour visiter la côte d armor, commerces à proximité, quartier résidentiel calme.? Très bon séjour et ravie de notre choix ( on avait flashé sur l annonce). On s est senti bien, comme à la maison.
