Top modernes Haus mit 2 Balkonen, Garten, Garage und super Ausstattung (zB großer Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, eine Menge Geschirr, Filterkaffeemaschine, usw.). Gute Matratzen in den Betten, gemütliche Couch, schöner Esstisch elektrische Rollos, tolles Soundsystem, Alarmanlage, etc.
Wunderschönes, offenes und helles Raumkonzept im Obergeschoß!
Die Handtücher haben ziemlich gemunkelt und es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft (aber Waschsalon in 5 Minuten Entfernung).
Eine Bohnen-/Kapselkaffeemaschine wäre noch fein gewesen
Plerin ist verglichen mit anderen Orten der Bretagne in der Nähe nicht der attraktivste - aber es ist gut ans Verkehrsnetz angebunden (zB ca. 20 Minuten nach Guingamp, 1 Stunde nach Ploumanac'h)

Het huis is zeer ruim en comfortabel, en heeft een grote tuin.
Het dorp stelt niet veel voor, maar de kust bij Martin Plage en Les Rosaires is prachtig
