About this house rental
Charming detached house just 100 meters from the beach and the Customs Officers’ Trail (GR34). It’s perfect for lovers of hiking, water sports (there’s a kitesurfing spot right across the way!), the beach, shellfishing (scallops, cockles…), and trail running. Paragliding introductory flights are available nearby.
Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. All shops and a bus stop (for Saint-Brieuc and its train station) are 200 meters away.
Private enclosed garden of 400 m², south-facing terrace, and a basement with exterior access for storing bikes, paddleboards, etc.

PERFECT FOR A COUPLE or a couple with 1 child and 1 baby. Sleeps up to 5 (comfortably), BUT please note that the house isn’t very large!
First floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with a magnificent sea view, under a sloped ceiling (watch your head ;-) with a 160-200. bed. A loft with a 90 bed and a travel crib with a mattress for a baby.
Internet: fiber optic.
Ideal for exploring Brittany, the house is located 45 minutes from the wonderful island of Bréhat, less than 1 hour from Perros-Guirec and its Pink Granite Coast, 1 hour 10 minutes from Saint-Malo, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel...
The TGV station in Saint-Brieuc is nearby and easily accessible by bus (direct line) or taxi (2 hours and 15 minutes from Paris).
