L’emplacement est incroyable, et la vue imprenable ! Il est bien équipé et propre. La place de parking est appréciable.

Schönes Apartment, mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer

Die riesengroßen Fenster mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Es ist wunderbar, morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu sehen, den Tag über die verschiedenen Farben des Wassers, Ebbe und Flut zu beobachten, nachts die Sterne über dem Meer… Der Balkon mit dem Tisch zum Essen und dem gemütlichen Sessel. Die Einrichtung in weiß und hellblau. Das Bild im Schlafzimmer. Die Lage, direkt am Strand mit der Einladung zu schwimmen. Plérin selbst, das meist sehr ruhig ist und dennoch Restaurants bietet.

Lest gut, die Anleitung vor der Reise und das Anleitung Blatt im Apartment: der Parkplatz ist nicht beim Haus, sondern 20 Schritte weiter auf der anderen Seite des Karussells beziehungsweise Hauptplatzes. Bei der Dusche müsst ihr den Hals des Wasserspeners drehen, damit es auf Dusche umschaltet. Alles beschrieben, aber man muss es lesen.

Sehr gut - mit drei kleineren Aber

Die Lage war sehr schön - mit Blick aufs Meer an einer Fussgängerzone. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Dss Schliesssystem der Wohnungstür war recht kompliziert - ebenso war die Dusche mit zwei Brausen auch eher schwierig zu bedienen. Zudem dünken mich 80 Euro für die Endreinigung einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung eher etwas hoch. In der zweiten Wohnung in der Bretagne, die wir hatten, kostete sie nur 25 Euro.

Okay, aber schlechter als erwartet

Die Lage ist fantastisch – Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich bieten einen großartigen Blick auf den langgezogenen Strand und das Meer. Zudem gibt es einen Balkon über die gesamte Breite des Apartments, auf dem man bequem zu zweit sitzen kann.

Allerdings liegt der Balkon zum Norden hin, so dass es, obwohl draußen die Sonne scheint, im Frühjahr sehr kalt ist. Das Apartment wirkt etwas vernachlässigt. Eins der beiden Türschlösser lässt sich weder auf- noch abschließen, das Schloss des Flurschranks hängt nur noch an einer Schraube. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht minimalistisch (keine Spülmaschine, kein Ablaufgestell, keine Sektgläser, keine Zitronenpresse, keine Kuchengabeln, keine Mülltüten). Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, da wahrscheinlich aufgrund der hohen Reinigungskosten von 80 € alle Gäste lieber selbst putzen – und das nicht gerade mit Hingabe, schließlich steht die Abreise bevor. Die separate Toilette hat das Waschbecken hinter dem Klo, die Spülung ist integriert, das Linoleum auf dem Boden, ursprünglich hellgrau, hat im Laufe der Zeit eine uringelbe Farbe angenommen. Als es Probleme mit der Fernbedienung des Parkplatzes gab, wurde zwar nach einem halben Tag Abhilfe geschaffen, aber die Abwicklung geschah doch eher genervt und wenig freundlich, obwohl wir doch allen Grund gehabt hätten, genervt zu sein.

Emplacement effectivement "les pieds dans l'eau au bord de la plage". Vue magnifique.

Les consignes de départ du loueur sont proprement hallucinantes, jamais vu une chose pareille en des centaines de location chez Booking. Elles ne sont pas indiquées au moment de la location : défaire le lit, passer l'aspirateur, laver le sol, etc. et sans rire, laver les vitres. Ou bien laisser 80€ en liquide..... Prochaine étape : faire la lessive, refaire le lit ? Équipement insuffisant : le chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les pièces. Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes dans la cuisine.

Très joli appart, bien situé facile d accès, et parking dans résidence voisine très appréciable. À l intérieur, clair, lumineux, vue superbe, on se réveille avec le bruit des vagues...très calme et pas de bruit de voisinage Appart très bien équipé à tout niveau, pas besoin de déménager sa propre maison tout est déjà present (linge de lit, sdb, cuisine et + et +) À l extérieur, 2/3 restos sur place ouverts, pas besoin de reprendre la voiture Nous recommandons cette location sans probleme

Nous avons tout aimé dans cette location, seul petit manque pour nous, le micro onde, mais la cuisine est très bien equipee et fonctionnelle sans cet ami du quotidien 🤪
