About this villa rental
Very beautiful villa located in Saint-Laurent de la mer, in the immediate vicinity of the small chapel of Argantel, the magnificent supervised beach of Martin-Plage (10 minutes walk) and the tip of the reed.
The local shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, etc.) of the village of St-Laurent-de-la-Mer located 1km away will delight you, as well as those of the port of Légue and its many terraces, bar and restaurant.
The center of Plérin and the commercial area with its large brands (Less than 3kms) will allow you to benefit from all the usual comforts and amenities.
Our 180m2 house has 2 floors and a large terrace of 60m2 facing south/west with patio of 20m2 (small covered lounge and sheltered 6-person spa). A large full basement will allow you to store your bikes and other holiday accessories in shelter and safety.
The living room on the first floor has a nice countryside view with the sea in the background. It is equipped with a panoramic living room and a dining table for 8 people, an open kitchen with small snack area, and direct access to the large south-west terrace, offering covered lounge, large jacuzzi, plancha shelter, and dining area for 8 people with remote parasol.
It is composed on the first floor of 2 large bedrooms each with a dressing room and a private bathroom. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms, one with 4 single beds, sea view, and a mezzanine (TV area) with a sofa bed. A large shower room completes the floor.
The basement has been converted into a games room, with billiards, table football and television.
The house is designed to accommodate families exclusively and can accommodate 8 to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children or 6 adults and 4 children).
Gatherings to celebrate events are not allowed.
The entire exterior has been done by landscape architects allowing you to walk in a relaxing garden around the house.
We offer you a small practical book with the presentation of the surroundings, the good addresses listed, the different activities and the remarkable points not to be missed.
For lovers of nature and water sports, the immediate proximity of the GR34 and our beautiful beaches in the bay of St-Brieuc will delight you.
