Whole experience was pretty bad.

Where to start? These are scammers. Firstly we couldn’t get in due to no code being provided. Secondly, trying to gently close the curtains and the whole thing falls down because it’s been fitted wrong, poor workmanship. Also they have accused me of breaking plant pots and a bed. None of which happened, and trying to take £371 off my card. Also, even the girl next door in their other apartment couldn’t get in! So we had to let her in with us until they could sort that for her while she was waiting cold outside. We did not damage the property at all, these will scam you. I spend probably 50k a year with booking and never a complaint apart from these lot. I am reporting to every possible agency! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

It was a convenient location and the apartment was large and fully kitted.

Access was not clearly explained, it's up a rather precarious path behind a business through bins. The were key pick up instructions were also not provided but I figured it out.

Dated furniture, many dirty marks on the carpet. Bathroom and kitchen need updating. Hall flooring lifted and is a trip hazard. Insufficient towels for 4 people

Walkway to the apartment goes through smelly bins No face towels. When I asked the man & woman cleaning the apartment next door I was grumpily told, “ok we’ll bring one for you”. None came Washer dryer smells

It was ok, check in wasn’t great

The beds were comfortable

Kitchen sink and dish rack unclean, disorganised kitchen cupboards, empty raw chicken tray left in one cupboard, empty beer bottle left in lounge. No instructions to work dishwasher, barely any hot water to wash dishes by hand in kitchen do had to keep boiling kettle, cigarette butts left outside and broken clothes pegs on floor. Decking broken outside.

The location was alright

It wasn’t clean and we didn’t feel comfortable. The sink and floor were dirty. The appartement also didn’t feel finished.

Terribly run and stressful which lets down the inside of the place which is half decent.

Apartment itself was nice and clean.

Awful customer service. We arranged the check in at a certain time and we're told a code that the key box would be provided an hour before this. Well no such thing happened! We received no code and so couldn't get in the our apartment by which time one of our party desperately be needed a rest and we had to cancel are dinner reservations. After several emails sent and phone calls with no answer or voicemail machine we began to worry we had been fleeced and had to think about having to fork out for somewhere else. After one ditch attempt by messaging on a different phone we finally got the code, 3 hours after are check in time and 4 after we were told we would receive it. The lock itself was tricky to work and the outside area was nasty. The kebab shop workers who saw us getting flustered clearly felt bad for us and told us this happened to people staying in a regular basis! A stressful experience to say the least and an absolute joke that on their email they put call us if you are having an problems and one of our dedicated team will help you-yeah right!

The area we stayed in was good as it was close to the party we were attending. Flat was awful

Everything. Please don't be fooled by the photos shown, the apartment is nothing like them. I had emailed to confirm there would be 5 Adults and a baby. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, only 2 towels, 1 glass and a couple of rusty pots, a small table and three chairs for a place that sleeps 6. The person who looks after the flat came back three times having to fetch stuff and in the end I just had a sheet and duvet cover for the sofa bed, no duvet. The sofa bed was dirty and so was the coffee table. It is such a shame it could be a stunning flat inside but they have not bothered with it.

Flying stop over

The place was very clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, close to amenities, nice space for two people.

Was very worried about front door as lock didn't close properly, had to prop the ironing board against it to feel safe incase someone did manage to get in.

Location as it was close to family

Don’t know where to start really. It was very dirty. Hairdryer was broken and other items within property were also broken. No tumble dryer as stated. Looks like property has not been cleaned for years is certain areas. Food crumbs left in cupboards. The property smelt really bad. Nowhere to hang clothes. In need of decoration.

Heavy rain turned the outside area into a pond with a few inches of water. Rain came in under front door flooding hallway.

Great bed and kitchen

Extremely tiny bathroom. So noisy throughout the night. Someone outside the front door on the phone to someone on loudspeaker for a lot of the evening. I was woken up by some sort of noise about 0230 in the morning which with a 0500 start was not appreciated.

We liked the massive bed!.. but it was a little creaky! So laying still all night was hard!😉😊 very cozy apartment nice pictures on the walls.. Netflix and bbc iplayer was good, but there was no reception on freeview

Very small bathroom and shower.. I couldn't bend down to wash properly, and the toilet is too close to the wall and radiator! .. ok, if you're a smaller person.. the previous people had left food in the fridge that had gone off!.. ☹️👎and the cleaning sponges were so worn they were falling apart! 🤷‍♂️

Great location for the job i was doing .very close to shops. checking in was very smooth .

Wasn't a great start when after a long journey to work & after doing a full days work i went straight to shops to get food to cook. Got into the apartment to find all utensils & saucepans i needed were dirty so had to wash up before i could start cooking
