Welcome to our elegant new apartment in the heart of Andover town! This fully furnished 2-bedroom flat is just a stone’s throw from restaurants, bars, and shops, making it the perfect base for your stay.
This warm and well-equipped apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a comfortable visit:
Fresh bed linen and towels before each stay
Weekly cleaning with new linens for stays longer than a week

A 55" 4K Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the living room, plus a 50" 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom

Local bars, shops, and restaurants, including Wetherspoon, Pizza Express, and Envy, are just a 1-2 minute walk away. Stonehenge is a short 20-25 minute drive. Families will enjoy nearby Paultons Park, home of Peppa Pig World, and Finkley Down Farm.
Thrill-seekers can visit Thruxton Motorsport Centre, the UK’s fastest race circuit, just a 10-minute drive away. The Andover bus station is a 7-minute walk or a 3-minute drive, while the train station is a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Enjoy your stay!

At Teza Homes, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING.
Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night as we like to keep our neighbours as friends :)
General:
The space you are booking is for up to 4 people.
This child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
Parking:
Next to apartment are few LOADING ONLY car park spaces. You can park there and unload all your belongings.
Car park is on the other side of the building (George Yard Car Park). It is free 4pm-8.30am and all Sunday. 8.30am-4pm it cost from 50p for 30 minutes to 5.90 for all day.
No pets
No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors.
NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you.
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is a strict non-smoking premise.

Great for walking to everything… shops, pubs and restaurants.

This property provided us with a perfect base for exploring the fascinating history of the area. It was well managed and clean with very comfortable beds, a new shower room and kitchen and bright and airy. The area appeared a little rundown but it was conveniently close to the town centre with a good choice of local eating places and an excellent Chinese takeaway. Car parking was free after 4pm and all day Sunday.
The apartment is on the third floor, a good climb with cases, but a safe, quiet town centre refuge. Would recommend as a place to stay.
