The master bedroom features a luxurious Super King-size bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. For larger groups, the corner sofa bed in the living room can host 2 additional guests.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay:

Weekly cleaning and fresh linens for stays longer than a week

Thruxton Motorsport Centre, the UK’s fastest race circuit, is just a 10-minute drive away. The Andover bus station is a quick 7-minute walk, and the train station is 20 minutes on foot or a 5-minute drive.

At Teza Homes, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING.
Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night as we like to keep our neighbours as friends :)
General:
The space you are booking is for up to 6 people.
This child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
Parking:
Next to apartment are few LOADING ONLY car park spaces. You can park there and unload all your belongings.
Car park is on the other side of the building (George Yard Car Park). It is free 4pm-8.30am and all Sunday. 8.30am-4pm it cost from 50p for 30 minutes to 5.90 for all day.
No pets
No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors.
NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you.
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is a strict non-smoking premise.

A nice property in the centre of town. The directions for the Sat Nav took us to the back of the property and it took a bit of time to work out the one way system to find the front. Was disappointed there was no Christmas decorations to make the apartment feel festive. Over all clean and tidy with a bit of noise from the nightclub across the road.

Good for a family with teen children as kids had their own beds. Clean.

Great centralized location. Only issues were the mouse from the nightclubs at and of the street on Friday and Saturday nights and the creaky floors when walking in the laminate flooring. The property was well stocked with all the amenities needed to for the kitchen. And only five minute walk to nearest grocery store for supplies.
