New elegant apartment in the heart of Andover. A fully furnished 1-bedroom flat, just a stone's throw away from restaurants, bars, and shops.
This warm, colorful, and well-equipped flat accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers everything needed for a comfortable stay: • Fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning provided before each stay. • Weekly cleaning, with fresh linens and towels for stays over a week. • Essentials like soap, shampoo, tea, and coffee included. • 55'' 4K Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. • Super-fast Wi-Fi broadband. • Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary appliances, including an iron, ironing board, washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer, pots, pans, and more.
The bedroom features a Super King-size bed, which can be converted into two singles. Please let us know your preference. The corner sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two additional guests.

For any issues, we are contactable from 7 am-11 pm.
Local attractions include Stonehenge (20-25 mins drive), Woodhenge, Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World), Finkley Down Farm, and Thruxton Motorsport Centre.
Andover Bus Station is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive.

At Teza Homes, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING.
Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night as we like to keep our neighbours as friends :)
General:
The space you are booking is for up to 4 people
This child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs.
Parking:
Car park is on the other side of the street. It is free 4pm-8.30am Monday to Saturday and all Sunday. 8.30am-4pm it cost from 50p for 30 minutes to 5.90 for all day.
No pets
No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors.
NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you.
To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is a strict non-smoking premise.

Great stay at the flat for 4 days. Perfect size, had everything we needed. Quick walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Wished it had on-site parking but I know that’s difficult in many towns. Thank you for being so accommodating to our early checkin request. Will use again next time we visit.

The flat itself was very good, although the entry area and common areas of the block were untidy. I had a few problems with maintenance and instructions which the owner rectified promptly. My advice to the owner: Leave written instructions for operating things like the washing machine and the TV, plus the entry to the nearby parking is quite difficult to find the first time, also a compendium of recommended restaurants and places to visit would be helpful to first time visitors to Andover.

Everything we needed, although we don’t need much! Just used as a base, somewhere to sleep while in the area, did not even use the kettle
