Beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2-story home. This property has a private patio which includes a hot tub & barbecue. It has plenty of natural light and a spacious living room that overlooks the Newport Back Bay. The living room also has a fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The King bed master bedroom has a beautifully appointed en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom, has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Cal-King bed - comfortably sleeping 6 people. These two bedrooms share a bath with a shower/tub combination, and there is an additional 1/2 bath for your convenience. Each bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV. Newly installed 600 sf patio with outdoor dining, seating and fire pit. Parking available for 2 cars, EV car charger, WiFi/cable, and washer/dryer.

*All guests 18 or over must complete full rental application.

We stayed at this home for a month and loved it! The home exceeded our expectations and it came to feel like home. It was such an amazing way to experience SoCal. We would sit outside and watch the birds and bunnies during the day and then listen to the frogs and watch the Disney fireworks at night (in the distance). The location was very convenient for local attractions such as biking, walking, beaches, great shopping, as well as for day trips to Disney, Hollywood, San Diego, and more. The kids loved playing in the large pool. The home was very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 teens, 2 adults) and worked well when our 2 friends joined for a week as well. The renovation was done perfectly with many high end touches such as the double wall oven. There was plenty of space for all (back deck, front decks, pool table room) and spacious bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well equipped. The property manager was very prompt, friendly and professional. Newport Beach, and the Eastbluff area, was very nice with lovely landscaping, roads, shops, and friendly people. We were very sad to leave and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to experience living in Southern California.
