Overview
Beach Happy is located on the top floor of a duplex. Clean and simple, that is what to expect as you relax at Beach Happy. The light-colored wood floors will remind you of the sandy beach, which is a few short steps away.
The charming brick fireplace centers the living room. Soft, natural textures and beachy patterns throughout this comfortable clean home, reflect Southern California Beach Life. With as many windows, as walls, the vibe here is light and airy. The ocean breeze is ever-present. Sunrises and sunbathing are easily enjoyed from the fully furnished, south-facing rooftop patio, and fabulous sunsets from the front, west-facing patio.
The kitchen is fully appointed with all of the necessary and convenient items. The dining area has a lovely farmhouse style table and chairs. Both bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), are made up with lovely linens, ample closet space, mirrors, and ceiling fans in the event the ideal weather Newports known for isn’t completely perfect! The living room has two sleeper sofas which can be easily converted to accommodate additional sleeping arrangements.
Speaking of easy, pull right up and park in a garage! For those of you that know Newport, parking is a major premium and lucky for you there are two included! Beach cruisers are also on hand for those excellent bike rides down the boardwalk. We also have all the beach essentials to make your stay nice and easy. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well if need be.
Besides having two great decks and parking, the place has 2 brand new 4k tv’s with DirectTV and the NFL ticket. It also comes with Netflix and has all the Roku smart tv features. We have Wifi at Beach-Happy because we understand nobody these days can pretend to live without it, although we do heavily discourage any work! Unless of course, you are a corporate professional who prefers a beach zen sanctuary over a Marriott. We also have a number of games in the closet for all ages in the event you want to pump up the fun.

The master bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom while the second bedroom is a roomy Queen bed. Both of the rooms have vaulted ceilings and are fitted with comfy soft blankets, pillows, fresh sheets, and plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms have a sliding door to the south-facing, sunny, extra-large rooftop patio. The most perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon sunbathing, or an evening sunset-inspired bbq.
The charming kitchen is ready to go, set up with everything you need to walk in and start your getaway. The front south-facing patio is the place to be for nightly sunset viewing. Glorious sunsets over the water may be the one thing that stays on your schedule each day. Life can be tough. Vacations should be easy.
Again, it’s all here; convenience, charm, sunny private patios, fluffy clean beds, light and bright living space, easy access to the beach. Be happy by the beach, or as we say “Beach Happy”.
Note: if you are an extremely light sleeper we are close to the coast highway. That being said, most of Newport that is near the beach is close to “coast” highway.
