My husband and I met my Dad and stepmom to attend a family birthday celebration nearby. We came from different States and don't see other often, so it was wonderful to relax and enjoy our time in this beautiful home. This home is clean and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The check in process was clear and easy. Communication with Patricia was friendly, timely, and helpful. As a special greeting there were flowers and snacks on the counter, making us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is quite and convenient to restaurants, shopping and the water. We loved our stay!

Modern Adobe is clean, well-appointed and in a great location. Near shopping, the beach, Disney, and great restaurants. Patricia went out of her way to answer any questions and make us feel welcome during our 17 night stay!

The property was well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, sun shade, snacks, games, etc. We used the garage door opener and kept our vehicle in the garage. The host was great to work with. She checked in during the visit as well to see if we needed anything. A nice touch Nice area close to food and shopping

This property was amazing!! Patricia is great in communication and the flowers and snacks were such a nice touch. All the amenities you need for a very enjoyable stay no matter what you plan to do. The location is awesome as well. Close to the beaches, shopping, the airport, and every and anything you need. Very safe neighborhood!! This was our first return to California since the pandemic. We stayed in different houses in California and LA, and this one was by far the very best one. Thank you again Patricia!! We will be back!!

Very nice house. Very clean and comfortable. Back yard is very small, but the outdoor table is nice and has a covering to shade the sun out. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds and baths are great. This is a very nice property!

We loved this house. The layout was great for privacy for two couples. The backyard was enjoyable for relaxing and reading in the morning. Our host had some snacks and beverages available for the times we were hanging out in the house between our beach adventures. Overall we would definitely consider this for future visits to the area.

Home away from home!

House was very clean and charming. Patricia (the host) was very accommodating and communicative. House was well stocked with toiletries and towels. Washer and dryer were very useful as well as new appliances throughout. Lots of fun and entertainment with games and ping pong table. Patio had nice evening lighting and a nice gas grill. Spent every morning on the patio with sunshine, coffee and a daily visit from a hummingbird. This house was a great home away form home for a week. Five stars!
