Our family of 7 had a great time for our Disneyland getaway. This house is very conveniently located just minutes from John Wayne Airport and is only a quick 20 mins to the park in time to make rope drop

The house was awesome! We loved the gated front yard for the dogs. There is a coffee shop, grocery store and a few other things in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood except for airplanes taking off from airport but we didn't mind it too much. Highly Recommend!

This house is very nice for 5-6 people. The yard is lovely, the house roomy and the neighborhood pretty. That being said, the planes are loud enough that if you are sitting on the patio you cannot hear the person talking to you. So it depends if you’re going to be in the house during the day/evening. There is not much you can walk to if that’s your thing and you can end up driving quite a bit. You can walk to back bay which is lovely. But it is on a very busy, noisy road that is in the flight path so the walk there is meh. We enjoyed our time in the house. The house shares a lot with another home on the back of the property so you only have access to the front yard which is beautiful. The people living in the house are lovely. Also the back bedroom has a separate ac unit because that room can get quite hot.

The property had many thoughtful features. I appreciated the top-of-the-line appliances, and the conditioned water was a bonus. We entertained a midsize group for an afternoon repast. The floor plan flows with multiple sliding doors, merging the indoor and outdoor spaces. It gave a good vibe and a memorable experience for our guests. Thank you for sharing this unique property.

My husband and I came over to visit our daughter that lives in HB. She stayed with us for the 4 days we were there and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable as well as cozy and welcoming! The decor was perfect and beds were comfy. I grew up in Costa Mesa and this neighborhood is just a stone’s throw away from my childhood home. Best location to get to anywhere in Orange County. The house itself is spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Great location for our anniversary celebration. Out-of-towners stayed at the property and was convenient for those who live in O.C. to pop in and visit with us. Loved having the front porch extended space. Landscaping helped it feel cozy and private. We used the proximity to the Nature Preserve for walks. Had a small glitch at check in that was quickly resolved by the property mgmt. Thank you for being so responsive! We'll be back!

Our group was in Costa Mesa/ Newport Beach for wedding reception and pre reception party. This property was perfectly located for the different location of our events and runs to John Wayne airport. The house is comfortable and worked great for our 5 adults and 2 children. The Irvine Market and Coffee Dose are steps away and we frequented these spots. The kitchen is well equipped. We have rented many properties with street parking and we did not have issues finding a spot. We are not bothered by airplane noise but this home is on the flight path. They stop flying around 9-10 pm and it’s quiet at night. The outdoor patio space is great. Great rental for a group.

This is a lovely "cottage" with an amazing front seating area. The location could not have been more convenient. Management was super responsive. The four bedrooms and comfortable common areas made this a great place for our mini family reunion. We would highly recommend this property for families, friends and couples.

Traveled from Florida to visit our daughter. Weather was delightful, LA and San Diego were close enough for day trips. Beaches and hiking the foothills were very convenient. Conveniently located if you need to stay in the area like us as we attended a wedding at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Close to South Coast Plaza and many other areas as well as beach and coastal places. The house itself was accommodating with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, a big plus, but has its quirks, like being close to John Wayne airport with the airplane noise; only inconsistent street parking; and close quarters with other neighbors (although that was expected). The front porch and fenced garden is lovely. The 3rd bathroom (in the back) hand held shower holder fell off its metal wall plate when it was touched, but we bought a tool and repaired it so itʻs more secure. Besides that and other little quirks, all in all it was a good experience. Thank you.

This home is really great! Fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, plus comfortable beds, and a front porch/yard I wish I could replicate in my real life! We were immediately delighted by the welcoming porch and gorgeous flowers and plants (delicious star jasmine!); the host provided perfect access instructions for an easy check-in so we were able to settle in quickly. The location is so convenient, and we had easy access to Orange and Newport, as well as the nearby shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend!
