Go and discover the Ville Rose by staying in this charming flat in the Carmes district, a few steps away from the Place du Salin! It will be the ideal place for a successful sunny getaway!
This pretty two-room apartment of 45 m² can accommodate up to 3 guests and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

This accommodation is located in the heart of the Carmes district. It is a lively place, notably thanks to the Place du Salin, the covered market and the Musée des Abattoirs.
The street of the housing remains however very quiet. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, press and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Le Salini "Highly recommend Le Salini as a excellent place to stay for exploring the beautiful city of Toulouse.
🙂 Fantastic location in a good neighbourhood, close to restaurants, markets, shops and the Palais de Justice tram station (catch Tram line 1 that links with Bus 31 for €1.80 airport transfer). Le Salini is situated within a 15mins strolling distance to the city centre and the many attractions of Toulouse. The main train station for day trips to Albi or Carcassonne is an easy 30-40 min walk. This older style charming French apartment has been modernised and provided comfortable accommodation for a 7day stay. We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment and checkout was an easy entrance letterbox key drop.
🙁 The lighting on the stairs however this is not a problem if you catch the elevator."

The apartment is in a very old building and the lobby is on the dingy side but there is a good elevator and the apartment has been thoughtfully renovated. It is filled with light from three ten foot tall French windows that open onto the street. Linens and appliances are up to date and of very good quality. They do skimp on paper goods such as toilet paper, leaving us with only two rolls for a week's stay. This apartment is managed by a large company so communication is through a corporate entity. The English speaking woman who met us at the apartment when we arrived was very pleasant and did a good job of introducing procedures and appliances. The downside is that once she left there was only a corporate number to contact if there were any issues. We didn't have any problems but when it came time to book a taxi to the train station we needed to rely on the kind waiter from the restaurant down the street. The location is lovely and Toulouse is beautiful so overall it was a very good stay.

Le Salini The location was beautiful, central but quiet. The apartment was as described, but the agency was slow to respond to the broken shower fixture (and didn't fix it). We got through the airport quicker than expected but had to wait outside in 35C heat for 10 minutes as check-in had to be via an agent who was busy elsewhere. One last point, there is only 1 fan, and the heat in the apartment was intense. That said, this is a lovely apartment, and we had a great time there, but being via an agency rather than the owner, I think it loses something in personal service.
