We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Banyuls-sur-Mer, this beautiful house full with charm, at 15 minutes with foot of the sea, air-conditioned of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, a bathroom and you can enjoy a patio at the entrance and a terrace with a view of the mountains. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double: 40×190) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200) and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a mezzanine giving access to the terrace.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A patio before arriving in the living room of about 5 m² with a table for 6 people.
- A tropezian terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms, of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan.

The house is ideally located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment in the Puig Del Mas district, the original district of the town, with a lot of charm, pedestrian streets and typical stone houses of the region. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nestled in the heart of the Vermeille coast, at the foot of a famous terraced vineyard, the charming seaside resort of Banyuls-sur-Mer, home of the sculptor Aristide Maillol, offers its visitors and holidaymakers a wonderful range of discoveries.
- Sights: Visit the town of Banyuls, Collioure, the Vermeille coast, Argelès-sur-mer, Port-Vendres, Cane-en-Roussillon...
