About this house rental
En casa de mis abuelos. Or at grandpa & grandma's.
It's my second home where I go several times a year but it's mostly my grandparents' house where I spent my holidays as a child. That's why I like to find it with the same furniture, the same spirit,... Even if recently all the walls have been repainted in white and mattresses & co changed. Ikea furniture lovers refrain. Maybe a few flaws related to its age but a family home soul, no doubt.
Spend a pleasant stay: stay in this 80 m² village house close to the sea and the mountains. You will enjoy a courtyard and a room with sea view to admire the exceptional view and the splendid sunrises.
You will be close to coves (20 min walk) with little traffic, the beach (5 to 10 mins), hiking trails, the centre and train station of Cerbère (5 min walk), the first Spanish village (3 km), a diving centre, the maritime nature reserve .

You are a 5-minute walk from the central beach and shops. The hiking trails also start very close to the apartment.
The accommodation
Through the courtyard, you enter the house by coming through the kitchen. Then a corridor and a large living room with a single bed or a 1/2 single bed.
The kitchen is equipped (no dishwasher -1 gas stove oven).
Upstairs 2 bedrooms:
- A bedroom with sea view.
- One bedroom.
In its extension, another single bed or 1 1/2 place bed.

Guest access
Guests have the entire accommodation at their disposal.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The courtyard is private. You can set up the garden table and chairs with parasol but at the beginning you have to bring it in.
Other remarks
You are a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops.
A few meters away is a city park in which children can play safely.
Diving club and petanque court 5 minutes walk away.
Local minibus.
Train station 5 minutes walk, regional bus 8 min walk.
No private parking but several spaces available nearby, no problem parking.
Rental in summer by the week or fortnight.
We do not provide bed linen or towels, as it is too complicated from a distance.
Please bring your fitted sheets + duvet covers + pillowcases, as well as towels and table linen.
Possibility to provide on request.
A cleaning service can be provided on departure at an additional cost by an external company if you request it in advance.
