Esta muy completo, con aire acondicionado que se agradece. Muebles de jardín para poder disfrutar de la terraza y del acceso directo a la piscina. Es una urbanización privada que da tranquilidad para dejar el coche y con vecinos agradables. Admite mascotas. Aunque está en las afueras, esta muy cerca de todo. Hay un supermercado con solo cruzar la calle.
La barbacoa exterior estaba inutilizable, tenía pinta de no haber sido usada en mucho tiempo y estaba sucia…
