El piso y su gran terraza Es un buen lugar pero está muy descuidado en mantenimiento y atención.
Es atendido por una inmobiliaria y trae muchas deficiencias de mantenimiento, comunicación y atención: Cable de la antenna de TV roto, control de la TV sin batería, muchas tapas de toma corriente ausentes o en mal estado. No ponen ningún tipo de producto de higiene personal. Hay un hueco en el rodapié o zócalo que no dejaba dormir a mi hija porque pensaba que se metería una rata. Las señales de puerta del edificio no coinciden con las instrucciones que mandan y si llamas a preguntar se limitan a decirte que revises las instrucciones, esto hizo que la llegada fuera muy estresante. Lamentable porque esto un piso muy bueno. No puedo dejar de comentar el absurdo de mandarme a leer las instrucciones del control remoto cuando dije que no había señal de antena y que el control tenía la batería desgastada, afortunadamente el técnico que enviaron pudo constatar el problema aunque al parecer no le autorizaron el cambio de baterías

Très bon emplacement, grand logement confortable. La terrasse est 100% à l'ombre.
La climatisation, l'ascenseur et le garage clos individuel sont des gros plus.
Le logement mériterait une petite maintenance : peinture des murs, et rénovation de 2 meubles de cuisine
Très bruyant la nuit fenêtres ouvertes.

Appartement très mal isolé, très bruyant. On entendait les gens de l'appartement à côté discuter. Bref les 2 nuits furent bruyantes..
