Appartement idéalement situé, bien agencé et d’un très bon confort, avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Banyuls, la clim et le parking sont un plus …… Le moins : la propreté des wc à notre arrivée !

Location très bien placé, logement bien agencé et très confortable, clim appréciable et vue splendide, le seul bémol : la place de parking extrêmement étroite... mieux vaut ne pas avoir de voisin de chaque côté...

Avons signalé à l'agence Foncia nos remarques suivantes : 4 chaise de terrasse sur 6 défectueuses
canapé abimé et matelas pratiquement hors d'usage, chaises de salon abimées. Pour le reste, conforme
au descriptif. En conclusion dommage car la vue sur Banyuls est magnifique.
