Welcome to Lilac Vacation Get-a-Way, a charming mid-century modern inspired home located just 3 miles from Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, and 1 mile from grocery stores and diverse dining options. Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac with views of a small pond, this single-level home offers comfort and convenience without stairs.

Pool and Outdoor: Screened-in private pool, patio with grill, and a tranquil pond view. (For added peace of mind, we’ve installed a pool door alarm as an extra layer of safety.)

Bedrooms: Brand new king master bed with a 5" memory foam mattress and en-suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and another with twin and trundle beds.

We really loved the location of this home. It was located close to downtown Siesta Key and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The management was readily available for any questions.

Property manager are great. On the spot for all your needs. Very busy area but nice and convenient to get everything you need. Loved the house. Close to everything. I would recommend a stay here for sure. Needs a pool heater. Great pool but cold in the off season. Felt very safe in the area overall.

Really enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was clean and well appointed as well as convenient to many local business points of interest.
We especially liked the lanai/pool area which provided privacy and comfort for our "social hour" after a day of activities. The pool was also well cared for and was great for cooling down on the hottest days!

We loved this house! Very private, clean and exactly as pictured. We really enjoy the Gulf Gate location and it is centrally located to shops, restaurants and Siesta Key and other beaches. We would definitely stay here again! And Ohhhh....did I mention the wonderful pool!
