Ground floor updated 2 Br condo with newer 24" porcelain tile, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and most furniture and furnishings.
2 bedrooms with a king bed in each bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, and large covered patio. The living room has a large TV, sofa, chair, and a futon that folds into an additional bed. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private lanai (covered patio) from the living room and master bedroom.
We are within 2 miles of Siesta Key. We are just up the road from the bridge for an easy commute. Siesta Key has stunning white sand beaches, restaurants, shops, and live music. Downtown Sarasota is about 3 miles. We are within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and groceries. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer.
Free Wi-FI and a designated parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if needed. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room on the ground floor.
Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.
No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property indoors and outdoors.

Clean, updated villa. It was just what we needed and better than expected. We had a great stay, visited with family in the area and saw many of the areas attractions. Easy check-in and pleasant owner answered all our questions. No problems.

The villa had everything we needed and more. It was nice to have the privacy of 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was a big plus to not have to eat out every meal. We liked the all tiled floors, new kitchen and comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again. The beach and restaurants were close

Clean renovated villa has nice tile flooring, granite and new kitchen with all stainless appliances. We slept well in the king beds. Nice touches with attractive beach décor. Not far to shopping, beach, activities and restaurants. We loved Sarasota. Owner was friendly and answered all our questions. We would recommend this rental.

On a very busy street which also made for a lot of noise. We appreciated that Kim was very helpful. Beach is close, but, traffic slows you down getting there.
