Updated with newer tile, paint, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, furniture, and furnishings. The exterior was painted within the last year
2 bedrooms, 2 king beds, full kitchen, dining room for 6, and large covered screened lanai patio. The living room has a large TV, sofa, chair, and a futon that folds out for an additional bed. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private screened covered patio from the living room and master bedroom. This unit is located on the second floor.
We are located just up the road from the bridge to Siesta Key. It's an easy commute within 2 miles. We are within a block or so of Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer
Wi-Fi, Roku, and a designated free parking space are included. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if needed. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building.
Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.
No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property indoors and outdoors.

It was clean, updated and the furniture all looked new. We were very happy with our stay here and would stay here again. It looked even better in person than the photos we saw.

Very clean comfy stay. Property manager was great! The air conditioning was out our first night and she was on it immediately. However, the location was on a super busy road (loud traffic noise! ) It was also next to a car wash that made beeping noises day and night. If the property was described accurately and with an address that you could google (to see the location) we would not have chosen this place to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary getaway! There are no refunds or backing out once we realized the location of this property. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stay and you don’t care about the location this will work fine for you.
