Our three spacious bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, wall-mounted TVs, generous closet space, fresh linens, and extra blankets.
Primary Bedroom: Adjustable queen-size electric bed, full-over-twin bunk bed, large TV, and renovated en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: King-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and bookshelf.
Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and reading materials.
The home accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests, including children.
3.5 Bathrooms
With three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, everyone has plenty of space and convenience.
The spacious primary bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a bench, double sinks, illuminated mirrors, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Another bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination, while the air-conditioned bathroom near the outdoor area provides convenient access from the pool.
Fresh towels, washcloths, and beach essentials are provided.
Two Living Areas — Room for Everyone
The main living room features comfortable sofas, a chaise lounge, an electric fireplace, and a large 75-inch smart TV.
A second living area offers additional seating, a sofa bed, another wall-mounted TV, and a selection of board games.
With multiple living spaces, families and friends can spend time together while still enjoying room to relax.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, swimming pool, backyard, and outdoor entertainment areas, except for locked utility and maintenance closets.
Good to Know Before Booking
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 8 registered guests, including children. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
Pool Heating: Available seasonally from November through April for an additional fee of $25 per day. Pool temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
Pool Maintenance: Professional pool cleaning is performed once a week, usually on Wednesdays around noon. Service takes place entirely outdoors and does not require access to the house. Scheduling may occasionally vary.
Pool Equipment: The circulation system runs automatically from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please do not adjust the equipment. Due to surrounding trees, occasional leaves in the pool are normal.
Lawn Maintenance: Routine outdoor landscaping may take place during your stay without requiring access to the interior.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful residential setting.
Noise Monitoring: For transparency, the property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. It measures sound levels without recording audio or conversations. Excessive noise may trigger a notification requesting that sound levels be reduced. Tampering with the device is not permitted.

We accidentally booked this place for a week and only got notification two days before the trip because the other went to spam. Although the host would not refund me, I sent my mother in law and sister in our place, he treated them very well and accommodated there every need.

When we arrived it was very easy to check in. Emilio sent me the code to the door a day ahead of when we arrived. The house was everything it said it was. We really enjoyed our time there from swimming to just relaxing on the back porch. He had snack and drinks available which was really nice. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

This place did not disappoint! Everything was as stated in the booking and then some! Pool was great as was the pool house and bathroom outside! Tons of seating for all of us (party of 6). Plenty of towels for us all and bathrooms were great! One thing that stood out compared to many other VRBO houses we’ve stayed at was the host gave us some treats and food items to start our stay! That was unexpected and so awesome! Communication was great, location was great, we all loved staying here and would book again easily!

The house was clean and just as advertised. We really enjoyed the back yard pool and outside bar area with TV for afternoon swims. The location was great for what we wanted to do at Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota.
