The roof terrace is very nice, as is the reception area with a fountain in the middle. The staff member who looked after us, Dave, was friendly and helpful but could not help us tackle the problem we had, which was the room.
Our room was small, dark, and felt very low-grade. I think if you book this place, you should only book a suite because we had a window that looked out on a wall and facilities which were very basic and did not appear like the pictures on booking.com. I also did not understand why the roof terrace and pool only opened at 11 am, as I like to swim in the morning before breakfast. It was open until 11 pm, which appeared to be a waste because no one was in it after about 8 at night.
