I left 👎🏻

There was no one at reception. I texted them here on booking, no reply. I then texted them on WhatsApp and they told me to just get in the room. Someone had smoked inside the room, and it gave me a headache. The room was right on the road with no lock. I didn’t feel safe and left immediately for another hostel.

A terrible place

Nothing

The reception guy was playing load music which was difficult to talk over. He said l and (there were 2 other girls checking in ) would have to wait at least 3/4 hours as the cleaning person wasn’t coming until later. While we were waiting a rat 🐀 ran over our luggage. Then we saw another one. We eventually got into the room which still wasn’t cleaned ( the beds were made ) and there was a Huge cockroach 🪳 in the toilet. I decided not to stay but they already had my money so unless Booking.com does something that is gone. Do not stay there there are far nicer hostels for the same price 5 mins away.

Può migliorare

La posizione era vicino al porto come mi serviva. Milan è stato molto disponibile nell'esaudire le mie richieste e nel rispondere alle mie domande. Hanno un servizio in camera gratuito e il cibo è piuttosto buono.

Ci sono stati continui problemi. Avevo prenotato una stanza in dormitorio, ma quando sono arrivata era completamente diversa dalle foto, i letti erano tutti sporchi e usati, ho richiesto quindi di cambiare camera. Mi hanno spostata in una privata, chiedendomi un'aggiunta di 100.000IDR che naturalmente ho pagato vista la situazione, ma non l'ho trovato molto giusto perché il cambio non è dipeso da me. La stanza privata era molto meglio, più pulita e accogliente, ma al mattino purtroppo non c'era acqua per lavarsi, hanno risolto il problema velocemente ma per me era già ora di andare. Inoltre era pieno di zanzare perché le camere non sono isolate bene.
