The hotel is located in a really nice neighborhood, lord of parks, cafes, bars & restaurants nearby, easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and came with a whirlpool bathtub and all needed amenities, including a ceiling fan, small French balcony and a tv. Filtered water is provided as well. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options to choose from. Everything was freshly prepared as well. Staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate us.

While every staff member was very friendly, we felt like they were a bit „understaffed“ eventually. Our room came with a WhatsApp number for roomservice, however no one answered the number when we tried. There’s no reception desk, but we were lucky and caught someone in the kitchen to ask questions etc.

Service and food

Amazing location, you can easily walk to a lot of places and it feels very safe! The room was also really lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was always fantastic, really good options and really tasty!

It didn’t feel 5 star, the service wasn’t great and at times it was hard to find staff to grab a drink. The bar on the roof top was never open. We also had issue with noise in the hotel, every morning without fail at 5:30am there was a load of noise and banging (we assume from the staff) that meant we were woken up and couldn’t get back to sleep. You can hear every little movement in the hotel. Finally the WiFi is terrible, you get a better connection from the street WiFi, this meant when we went to pay we couldn’t via card and had to pay cash… to which they had no change to give us. Overall a good stay, but could have been better.
