Great place, we stayed there already few times and will again

The location is remote, but in 10 minutes one by car in Palmanova. The building and the rooms are newly restored maintaining a warm atmosphere of a country house. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dogs are welcome, there are even dishes and blankets prepared for them.

The bathroom had no space heater, so getting out of shower was shocking. But this was in this particular bathroom. When in the past we were staying in other rooms it was not the case.

We had a lovely stay with very friendly family service.

Lovely location close to Palmanova. Large rooms and peaceful location. Breakfast was also good.

We could only check in after 5pm, which was slightly inconvenient, but it was part of the booking condition which we were aware of, so not a surprise.

Excellent!!! Everything was great from check in to check out. The owner is very friendly lady, she was very helpful and friendly. The staff was very friendly, rooms are big and clean and very comfy. They are pet friendly. Location is heavenly, quiet and peaceful. I recommend, and we will come back soon.

Perfect Stay for Cyclists

We were on a bike trip and looking for a hotel with a late check-in. This one had one of the latest in the area, until 19:30. We chose it for that reason, but ended up finding the perfect place: freshly renovated, very comfortable beds, a beautiful view, and a great breakfast. The staff kindly let us store our bikes in a utility room since we didn’t have locks. We’re thrilled with our stay and will definitely come back.

Peaceful Retreat at Casale San Pietro

Although we stayed just one night at Casale San Pietro, the experience was truly memorable. This beautifully decorated casale radiates charm and comfort, with a serene atmosphere that welcomed us the moment we arrived. Our accommodation was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — the perfect place to unwind. We slept like babies in the incredibly comfortable bed, and waking up to the sound of birds singing was a rare and peaceful treat. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, lovingly prepared and full of fresh, local flavors. It was the perfect final touch to our short stay.

Cozy and modern room with good breakfast, and dog friendly :)

Beautiful building renovated with taste, comfortable bed, spacious room, modern bathroom, and good breakfast buffet. The gated garden was perfect to allow our dog to run and play as we stopped for the night on a two-day road trip. It was just what we needed to recharge our batteries for the night. The chef was sick so the kitchen was closed for dinner when we arrived but we were given a location nearby (6min drive) which was good: il Melograno.

Could have stayed another night!

The location was lovely with a gated driveway and big grassy grounds. The San Pietro church is next door. The villa is well maintained and the family were lovely to deal with and spoke english which was helpful. Very clean rooms and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and relaxed on the terrace. Easy parking in front of the villa. A quiet tranquil spot with local community things on the go next door at church which we were invited to attend :) Wonderful hospitable hosts. Found a great coffee spot in Palmernova just off the squarethat was very reasonably priced!

Just an observation - we had 2 rooms as we are a family of 5 and we had separate rooms with an inter joining bathroom with each room locking independently meaning the children could not walk into our room and vice versa. Thee was no door at the top of the stairs so it was a little unusual layout and felt a wee bit vulnerable even though the house itself is securely locked up from the street.

The house is situated in a extremely quite place just outside Palmanova. The scenery is outstanding, in almost Tuscany-style. The house is amazing, the rooms are very well equipped, decorated in both modern and traditional style. The place is very quite, perfect for an excellent vacation. The breakfast was very nice, served outside in the terrace. The hosts are very nice, you could see they are doing this with great pleasure. This accomodation has a soul, and we will definitely come back.

Excellent for one night to sleep over

Excellent standard of rooms and bathroom. We have booked a family room and in fact we got 2 separate rooms with one bathroom for the same price. Good breakfast served outside. Very friendly and helpful owners - we left AirPods and they found it and got it back. A/C was working well and quite calm.

Beds could be a bit softer - this is the only improvement I could think of to give full 10 rating.

Perfect Traditional Stay

Our group of five recently stayed at a traditional house in Palmanova, and we had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the bathrooms were. We appreciated the towels that were provided, and it was great that we were able to bring our dog along on the trip with us. The breakfast that was included with our stay was really delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they even provided food for our furry friend! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were always willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the nearby dog park, which was a great place to take our pup for some exercise and playtime. We loved being able to explore the local area and take in all the sights and sounds of this charming town. Overall, we would highly recommend this traditional house for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Palmanova. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was just like in the pictures! Our room was beautiful and spacious. From the garden there was a view of the Tatras. The city center was a 5-minute drive away. Wonderful stay at a wonderful house

Most wonderful house we stayed in - we booked a room twice in the last three months and our stay was excellent every time. Its very quiet, close to Palmanova city, lots of greenery around and a beautiful old church near the house. We loved the fact that they are super pet friendly and our dogs could enjoy the spacious yard during our stay. I will probably return here!

we liked how this beautiful old building was restored and renovated.

It was very difficult to find the location, very remote area, no sign on the main road, but the place is new and we are sure that it will be marked on the road soon.
