We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender villas. Pavlos is a great host and he always made sure we have everything we needed. The place is located at a 15-20 min walk to the closest beach. Also, Kathisma beach is 5 min away by car (30 min walk), Porto Katsiki is 50 min away and Egremni beach 40 min away by car. Overall, a great experience visiting Lefkada island.
There was no washing machine but we managed without it

The Host met us at the property and showed us around. The villas are new, there's lots of space and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the terrace outside was great for hanging out. The air conditioning works great and in the lower bedrooms we didn't even need it as the temperature was cooler downstairs.
There was no washing machine and the water pressure and temperature vary depending on how many people are showering in all the villas (there's probably one boiler for all 4 villas).

Host was very toughtfull and carring from the begining to the end. Villa was exceptionaly clean and very well maintained. Very pleasent to be in. Main bedroom is subtetenial with little natural light and without exterior sounds so you can rest to the fullest. Sheets and towels ware of good quality, regularly rotated. Very close to Kathisma beach which is in my opinion the best one on the island.
No microvawe oven but otherwise full kitchen with all necessities and electronics. Honestly nothing negative that could be said about the villa.
