Csak az alagsori szobának van saját fürdőszobája, a galérián lévőhöz csak wc tartozik, de a kerti zuhany pótolja ezt is.

The stay was nice, host was nice as well but we didn't really appreciate that he wrote us every day. It was good for family of three when you spend most of time time away. It's walking distance from Agios Nikitas and Milos Beach. Cleaning every second day was was nice to have.

There was no washing machine, no dishwasher. There is little storage space in the house where you can put your things (clothes or food in kitchen area) even though there is a lot of place for that. The area around the house is unsightly, with rubbish scattered everywhere and litter strewn along the road (which is of course not the owners' fault). We were also bothered by stray cats that looked sick and wouldn't leave us alone. There was ongoing issue with the door to the terrace - it couldn't be locked, which was quite bad for us since we had our laptops with us. After two days the owner managed to arrange to fix it.

No washing machine (plenty of room for one). Very steep stairs to reach the kids' bedroom making it unsuitable for young children. It is also isolated from the main bedroom. Our children are teenagers, so it was not a problem No block out blinds Two km from the entrance of Ag Nikitas, you definitely need a car as there are no footpaths and a little too dangerous to walk. There was a mould-type smell in the drawer directly beneath bathroom sink (main bathroom). This needs to be looked into/replaced.

This amazing property was in a beautiful location, set back from the bushland and close enough to the town of Agios Nikitas, but also just far enough away from the busy town. A short walk or a very short 1 min drive to town. The Villa was modern and very clean, the owners provided a cleaner almost daily to replenish towels and linen and to maintain the cleanliness, which was outstanding. We also loved the huge outdoor area for the kids to play and seating area to eat our meals. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were very ideal for us, being a family of four. The thing we liked most was the hospitality and caring nature of the owners. Their consideration for us as a travelling young family, was so lovely and so refreshing. They immediately made us feel at home and comfortable to reach out to them at any time for anything at all. They even checked in with us to see if the kids were comfortable and sleeping well! They talked us through where to explore and what beaches would best suit us. We would highly recommend this beautiful stay to anyone travelling and exploring the area of Agios Nikitas!

Honestly couldn’t fault it, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Agios Nikitas!
