Villa with private pool Outside: An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villa. It is set on private lanscaped grounds on different levels using natural stone for walls and for patios. There is a cloam oven and B.B.Q. and patio furniture. Around the private swimming pool (8,2m x 4,2m x 1,35 depth) is a secluded terracotta tiled terrace with sunbeds. The pathways, patio, pool and private parking area are lit at night. You can enjoy from villa sea and hill views. Private villas in secluded but not isolated locations are hard to come by in Greece, especially built to the high standard and quality of this villa.
