Av Apartment

Posizione tranquilla, un bel appartamento con tutte le comodità e un bel terrazzo. Per noi è stata una base d’appoggio x girare l’Isola, rientravamo solo x dormire. Consiglio vivamente un mezzo x muoversi, noi eravamo in moto ed era perfetta!

Niente, tutto ok!

Просторно и чисто със страхотна гледка. Малки детайли който бяха удобни . Спокойствие.

Малко далеч от селото...

The location was great! It was approximately 10minutes walk to the village Agios Nikitas ose 2 minutes by car. The host was very helpful. They even gave us a sun umbrella for free! The apartment had air conditioning and it was spacious enough for a family of four. Also there were 2 bathrooms!

The first impression wasn’t good at all. We were told to check-in at 3pm, but as we arrived a bit earlier, we knocked at the door just to ask if we could leave the luggage out there and we found a guy from the cleaning team who was screaming and closed the door to our faces! Then we contacted the host and came immediately and let us enter the apartment 30 minutes earlier and we really appreciated that! As it was in the first floor, there were so many insects even inside the house and we asked the host to disinfect and they did it! Also we saw a little snake moving around in the yard and we informed the host, you came and fixed everything!

Nevertheless in Greece they don't make a difference between a studio ( one-space property ) and apartment ( a property with a seperate living room and bedroom ) the STUDIO was spacios and well equipped. The two bathrooms are very good extra. Parking space was a must-be option which was very convenient.

I imagined a calmer place. The property is right over the main road and it's very noisy. It was pity it was on a walking distance to the village but we couldn't go there by feet because the road is busy and there is no sidewalk. I would advise for more attention to some small details - black mold in the shower cabins ( could be cleaned with a spray for 15 mins ), crappy ironing board, rusty drying bar in the the sink. Not enough bedclothes - just one linen ( we asked for one more and we got it). Blankets which were without linens and didn't seem they had passed washing. It's good to check the washed linens for hair - looks disgusting to find some black hair when unfolding them. And last but not least - very hard and uncomfortable pillows. I put a blanked in the pillocase and it was interesting the host put it inside during the case change as well.
