The apartament was clean and comfortable and the host very helpful. Owner has a private parking which is a blessing in this kind of place. Market, bakery, pizzeria, fish restaurants everything very close to the apartament. Sarande center can be achieved after a short walk.
The balcony is situated above main road. We visited in July and in the evening/night it was very crowdy and noisy. Motorcycles, scooters, cars with loud exhaust systems, using horns (just like albanians do) do not let you chillout and rest after visiting crowded beaches. Staying inside the apartament helps to keep noise away, but this is not why you take apartament wth balcony facing the sea.
