TIP TOP apartment

We had a wonderful family stay and are truly sad that our holiday is over! The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and great communication from the host. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

For longer family stays, it would be really helpful to have a washing machine, a drying rack for wet beach towels/clothes, and a few more kitchen dishes. On a slightly funny note on our last day, we spotted three large cockroaches (the kids joked it felt just like Joe’s Apartment! :)), so a quick pest check might be needed.

Πραγματικά ήταν όλα τέλεια. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο κέντρο και είναι όλα κοντά με τα πόδια. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο και ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι

The apartment's location is great, at the center of Chalkida, close to restaurants and bars. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities of the rooms are good. The apartment was also very clean! Communication with the host was good.

When we arrived the self-check-in boxes did not work, because we were given the wrong passwords. We called the host and after 10 minutes she sent someone to help us. However, that man did not apologize and he was also a bit rude. Also, given that we were 6 people, the hosts should have put more towels and toilet paper in the room, there were 2 toilet paper for 6 people. Additionally, the bath curtains were bad and dirty. The wifi did not work properly. Moreover, no shower gel or soap in the bathrooms. Lastly, the sofa-bed could be better, maybe the hosts could consider listing their apartment for 4 people rather than 6, it would be a much better experience! Overall, while the apartment is good, it could be a lot better with some improvements.
