The apartment has air conditioning and was very clean. It looks nice and is very cozy. Having a shower curtain in the bathroom was already a big plus, and it was great.
No space for toiletries in the bathroom, and soap comes in single-use packages, which are very inconvenient. Lack of privacy: one ground-floor panoramic window faces the street, while the other looks right into the neighbors' windows, forcing us to keep them closed like in a cave. Additionally, soundproofing is poor — a neighbor was watching TV until 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep
