    Love this hotel. Location is central—very near to a lot of places! Han & Duc were very nice and attentive. Highly recommend staying here if you want great value for money!

    We had a great and comfortable stay at The Hotel Nicecy! Our flight was delayed so we arrived late and they made us have a smooth and stress-free late check-in. They even knew us by name when we arrive. The restroom was very clean! And they provided ample amount of shampoo and body wash. The beds were also very comfortable to sleep in. We were a family of three. Very comfortable stay! I really appreciate Hân, Duc, and Thao for the great hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. Thank you!

    The hotel looked okay from outside but the room looks nothing like the pictures. Room is very old, towels and sheets were grey and stained instead of white. Worse still, our room was next to the lift and we could hear the lift creaking up and down whenever it moved. Fridge also made weird sounds through the night. Bed mattress was also sunken in and gave us bad sleep. We only stayed 1 night due to it being very late and left the next day to look for a better hotel. Staff and location was good but the room was atrociously bad.
