Apartment is well located but needs investment in bed linen, towels, kitchen amenities, etc

Good location close to tram stop

Bed linen old and unmatched. Towels old and threadbare. Shower temperature varied from minute to minute and could not be regulated. No soap in shower. Kitchen pots pans and utensils old and decrepit. WiFi did not work!

Cleaning standards were very low in common areas, my personal room was okay, location was good,

- The location was good, not far from Santa Maria Novella (which is also a central train station) - The host was quite nice, though not very helpful when it required efforts from him.

- Overall, the place was not clean, thus common areas were not welcoming. My personal room was okay though. - The locker on my individual door was broken, so I wasn’t able to lock my room for the entire stay.

cafe opposite the house where the apartments are located. one of the best places I've been in Italy.

you have to call the hostess upon arrival. the apartment will not wait for you. hard to find exactly where to be. no closet, nowhere to hang clothes. it's terribly inconvenient.

the location is as great. the staff was very accommodating for late check in.

there was another guest staying for more days than me, the common area- specifically shared bathroom needed more regular cleaning.

Some inconveniences: Lock to our room fell off! There was no bin and no soap in the bathroom!

Bellissima Esperienza alla Diavoli Rooms !

Davvero una bellissima esperienza alla Diavoli Rooms, camera luminosa , spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort ! La zona è molto tranquilla ma piena di bar e ristoranti, oltre che di diversi supermercati . Posizione ottimale perchè da lì puoi raggiungere il centro in pochissimi minuti con i mezzi pubblici e quindi visitare le bellezze di Firenze con molta comodità, Lo staff è molto attento e disponibile nel fornire indicazioni e consigli con gentilezza e cortesia.

Non ho riscontrato nessuna nota negativa durante il mio soggiorno, mi sono trovato benissimo e ho apprezzato tutto !

Consiglio a tutti ottima soluzione con centro vicino

Appartamento con tutti i comfort , molto silenzioso e riservato con ascensorei, palazzo nuovo appartamento molto spazioso e luminosissimo arredato con cura, cucina attrezzata e stanze da letto grandi con letti comodi, salotto con divano in pelle e tv.Ideale per chi vuole visitare la citta' senza lo stress e il caos del centro in 10 minuti con la tramvia si raggiunge la stazione centrale, difronte c'e' un buon ristorante/pizzeria non caro anche da asporto.Lo staf e carino e educato.

non c'e' stato nessuna problematica sono rimasta molto soddisfatta sia sulla struttura che sul personale che sulla posizione tornero' sicuramente quando passo da Firenze

El encargado es la persona más mal educaa del mundo!!!no hay lavadora, todos lo muebles son un asco !!…. Le falta todo todo . Relación precio uñ asco. El que se encarga de la administración es una persona mal educada . Los muebles no sirven para nada . No hay closet, no hay congelador y la beberá no cierra !!!lo enchufes no funcionan un asco todo

Fantástico

Francesco es súper agradable y encantador . Está bien situado y súper bien comunicado.. El tranvia justo en frente y te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. Justo en frente hay un restaurante delicioso con pizzas y pasta riquísima y cerca la pastisseria Batoni que es estupenda!
