The apartment was so spacious and extremely clean and comfortable, the location is fantastic and great that you get parking with it, the view was stunning and all the little details were taken care of to make sure your stay is perfect

Everything was good!! lovely 3rd floor apartment with a proper balcony on the side of the building. Fantastic view! very clean. good fridge, good washing machine, good dishwasher - all appliances good and working. Towels, toilet roll, coffee, flowers, washing and dishwasher detergent provided. Pots, pans, cutlery sufficient for 4+ provided, all very clean. very good location for Newquay. Easy to drive to. Easy access to town centre and beach. Secure parking, no hassle getting the keys, pool and gym clean and good. Quiet building. Electric car charging points (4) right next door in public carpark. Awesome Cuckoo clock ;)

Very minor things! A fan would have been nice in the hot weather, we brought our own. Password provided by email for WiFi was wrong - fortunately the right password is on the hub. The double bed is pretty small, but to be fair its limited by the room size/layout. Double bedroom has on-suite and access to balcony. Lift failed on day 2, which was a pain when leaving - but this NOT their fault. A bit expensive, but we did book late in a very busy time of year, no regrets.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, amazing view. Can’t beat the location- away from the buzzing centre and quiet but there is a shortcut leading straight to a high street and from there only a short walk to harbour and few min walk to Fistral beach.

Internet speed can dip at times and could be a challenge if you need a strong connection to work. It is fine for emails and browsing.
