That being said these are a more rustic beach experience. They are professionally clean with some new/updated features and some dated features. There are 4 total units, all are rented out. There will be other pets & people of all ages although we are going to STRICTLY enforce "family groups only". The new owner is local & attentive to maximizing the rental experience here in the hopes of earning your repeat business. If you are "picky" or prone to complaining you should not book this rental. There will be no refunds offered or agreed to.**
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! Wonderful experience with Shore Points Vacations. They were very responsive and handled any questions/concerns quickly and efficiently. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and I would absolutely book with them again.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this unit. It’s right on the beach, dog friendly, and close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The only thing I’d want to change are the sofas in the living room. Very worn and uncomfortable. Everything else was good!

This is a great location with excellent beach access but could use some tweaks. There is a substantial drip in the refrigerator which flooded our food. The gas fire pit table had no knob and was inoperable. The blinds could be repaired and it would be helpful to have another dresser/mirror in the larger bedroom. Some rubber decals on the shower floor to avoid slipping might be a good idea. One of the living room lamps was broken. These are just some suggestions, we did have a very good time

We had a wonderful week at this property. It’s steps from the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. It’s pet friendly and our dog enjoyed it as much as we did. We would definitely stay again.
