About this house rental
Min 7-day rentals from 5/15 to 9/30 and Min 1-month rentals from 10/1 to 5/14. The summer (starting third week in June to Labor Day) weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. This house also offers off-season rental from 10/1 to 5/15 with some flexibility in the dates. Please inquire about discounted monthly rates and off-season rates.
Location, Location, Location. Enjoy this recently renovated, modern, beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom house. Two short blocks to the Jenkinson's beach and boardwalk - 2 minute walk. The house sits on a corner lot in the less crowded section of Point Pleasant Beach. It comfortably sleeps 15 plus one toddler, and seats 16 with an additional highchair. Perfect for large families! The house also offers an open floor plan with 2 living areas to accommodate an adult crowd and kids at the same time. The private fenced patio offers a great entertaining space with a gas grill and an outside hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a margarita blender, two coffee machines (Keurig and regular coffee pot) and much more. There is High-speed Wireless Internet, DVD Player, Xfinity with premium channels, 2-zone Central AC, Washer/Dryer, and 6 Flat-Screen TV’s.
6 adult beach badges are included in the rental.
First Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedroom (Queen), Full Bathroom, and Washer/Dryer.
Second Floor: Second Living/Family Room with a pullout sofa (Full), Master Bedroom (King) with a double vanity full Bathroom, Second Bedroom (Queen and twin), Third Bedroom (Queen and Toddler Bed), and Bunk Bedroom (one standalone twin, and one bunk bed -twin over full), and 3rd full Bathroom.
Must be 25 years or older to rent this home. Sorry, no pets and Prom Parties.
Linens and towels are NOT provided.

We wanted to be close to the beach but never expected to be just blocks away from Jenks. The weather was cooler than se thought, property grill wasnt set up yet but it didn't make or break our staycation. Side yard has soooo much space. Perfect for grilling when set up I can imagine. Cindy was nice enough to allow us to utilize some of the outside furniture. Dining area was great for all of us (party of 8). We visited Jenks aquarium which had all the Covid protocols we expected. Home itself was great! We all gathered around the livingroom area and had movie night. **READ DIRECTIONS ON MICROWAVE**It states very powerful.. We burned the popcorn twice then figured it out. But was great for bacon in the morning ( yesss )Fully stocked kitchen, bringing my kureg disposals next time. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. Since linens are not provided we took home all our clean linens and that was a big help. 2ND LIVING ROOM UPSTAIRS.. Kids brought their systems and didnt bother the adults. It was really like being at home! Cindy was great, friendly and helpful. THANKS CINDY ❤
