About this house rental
Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at the Jersey shore! This shore house is located a short 100' walk to the beach in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.
The living room with its cathedral ceiling offers cable TV, Wi-Fi, and board games for everyone.
There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.
There are three bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed; the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each.
RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND TOWELS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OWNER FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO RENT THEM, IF SO DESIRED.

Outside deck for enjoyable summer evenings has a table, chairs, and a Weber gas grill.

Fishing boats are within walking distance.
No groups allowed. No dogs, cats, or pets allowed.

This was our second time staying at the property. The house was immaculate. My only thoughts on making the rental experience better would be newer couches in the living room, and more than one TV in the unit. Everything went smooth as silk and the location is perfect. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time, staying right off the boardwalk. It was very quiet, as it was Thanksgiving week, which made for a really nice time. The house was exactly as advertised. All processes and communications were clear and well-managed. Would absolutely recommend.

A perfect beach house property. We had a wonderful stay. Home is app 40 yards from the beach and we scored perfect late summer days.Home is cutely beach theme decorated and well appointed throughout. Host was very responsive to questions and concerns. Great experience overall.
